Our iconic Moroccan-inspired trailer has been turning heads and feeding crowds across Perth since 2022 — serving bold street food, warm hospitality and unforgettable event vibes wherever we roll in.
Fully self-contained and purpose-built for catering, our 5.5m trailer is equipped to handle everything from weddings and wineries to festivals, corporate functions and backyard celebrations — rain, hail or shine.
From steaming shak shuka and loaded pita pockets to slow-cooked tajines, fresh grilled meats and house-made sauces, pickles and more, our trailer is designed to bring the full Moroccan street food experience directly to your event.
If you have your heart set on having our signature trailer at your event, just mention it in your enquiry. Depending on availability and event logistics, additional charges may apply. Otherwise, our marquee catering setup may be allocated — both delivering the same fresh flavours, vibrant atmosphere and Shak Shuka experience we’re known for across Perth.
